PEX/Al/PEX Aluminum Composite Pipe Extrusion Machine

The application of PEX/AL/PEX aluminum composite pipe extrusion line is to produce the five layer PEX-AL-PEX composite pipe which is used for cold and hot water, heating in building. It has unique design, stable performance and continuously producing many specifications aluminum composite pipes with high speed.
PEX/AL/PEX Aluminum composite pipe is suitable for hot water supplying underground. It adopts ultrasonic lapping welding or argon butt welding technology and high precision aluminum tube forming system.It has good insulation properties and corrosion resistance. It has small resistance to fluid material due to the smooth inner wall and easy installation due to bending free. The complete line is controlled by computer control system, ensure high production speed, reliable aluminum tube welding, running stable, easy to operate.This pipe line consists of single screw extruder, vacuum calibrating water tank, water spraying tank, co-extrusion die; welding machine, haul-off machine, welding platform, cutting machine, double station winder and control system.

Extruder:Equipped with high speed and efficiency single screw extruder, it is Ceramic heating which assures good plasticization and uniform heating of raw materials. Also it assures high speed and stable production and great output.

Co-extrusion Die: Unique five layer co-extrusion technology ensures high and stable quality for aluminum plastic composite pipe. Advanced calibrating technology can develop the calibration quality. Ultrasonic welding machine with stable performance makes the flat weld seam and high quality.

Water Spray Cooling Tank: The body is made of stainless steel and the shade is transparent soft PVC curtain which ensures good cooling effect.

Vacuum Calibrating Water Tank: The body uses good quality stainless steel board equipped with ABS nozzle and anti-blocking impurities structure. It has long service life and the frame can be adjusted from three dimensions. There is roller in the shade.

Haul-off Machine: It adopts frequency convertor, pneumatic clamping and working simultaneously with the whole extrusion line. 

Welding Machine: According to different welding type, our machines have ultrasonic lap seam welding extrusion line and butt-joint argon-arc welding extrusion line.

Butt-joint Argon-arc Welding Technology: Butt-joint argon-arc welding, welding seam close-grained, smooth surface and its quality can be attained to European standard. Having good appearance, imported welding machine, aluminum pipe roll forming welding and allocated, double gun transforming weld, layer separate extrusion. Easy to replace die and moulds, high finished products ratio.

Ultrasonic Lap Seam Welding Technology: It uses one-time molding method. It uses high-frequency ultrasound, oscillating parts of the welding joint local heating and surface cleaning, and then brings pressure to bear to achieve a pressure welding method of welding.

Double Station Winder: The automatic aligning device ensures the proper coiling position and saves time.

Welding Platform: The double station storage rack continuously transports the aluminum band to the aluminum band welding machine with high speed.

Control System: it adopts Siemens professional PLC control system, large color touch screen human-machine interface, high automation, reliable running, easy operation, remote communication function which can realize remote fault diagnosis and rule out the possibility.
